A Residence Designed Around Calm & Character

This luxury apartment at Lotus Panache, Sector 110, Noida was designed as a complete interior transformation — from spatial planning and material selection to furniture, lighting, and custom wall features. The brief called for a home that felt refined without being cold, and personal without being cluttered.

The design responds to that with a palette of warm ivory, taupe, and deep walnut — layered with organic sculptural wall panels, sphere-form chandeliers with brass fittings, and Italian marble flooring that anchors every room with a sense of solidity and scale.

A Living Room Designed Around a Statement Wall

The living room is anchored by a large-format sculptural wall panel — a fluid, wave-like relief in warm taupe that gives the space an organic, almost geological quality. It reads differently throughout the day as light shifts across its surface, giving the room a quiet sense of movement without any visual noise.

Against this backdrop, the furniture palette was kept deliberately restrained: a curved sectional sofa in ivory boucle, low-profile walnut coffee tables, and a daybed in soft off-white form a composition that is both inviting and considered. The sphere chandelier — a cluster of glass globes with brass fittings — introduces a sense of occasion without overpowering the room.

Open-Plan Dining Designed for Everyday Elegance

The dining space flows directly from the living area, anchored by a six-seater table with a gold-toned frame and warm stone top. Above it, a sculptural linear pendant — formed from flowing brass curves — provides focused light while serving as an art piece in its own right.

Italian marble flooring in a warm vein-pattern carries through the entire public zone, unifying living, dining, and the kitchen bar behind. The kitchen itself is kept in dark tones — contrasting the pale warmth of the living areas — and creates a natural visual boundary while keeping the open-plan feel intact.

A Bedroom Built for Rest and Quiet Refinement

The master bedroom takes a quieter approach — a dark panelled ceiling overhead, warm wood-slatted feature wall behind the headboard, and bedside lighting kept low and warm. A pair of reading chairs in ivory fabric sit at the window, softened by the natural light filtering through full-height sheer curtains.

The palette here — charcoal, warm beige, and natural wood — deliberately dials back the living area's drama in favour of something more restful. Every element, from the floating shelves to the side tables, earns its place.

Material, Light & Craft as One Language

This project is an example of how luxury in interiors is less about excess and more about precision. Every material decision — the warm-veined marble, the hand-finished wall relief, the brass hardware — was made to contribute to a unified sensory experience rather than to announce itself individually.

  • Sculptural organic wall panels as the primary design statement
  • Italian marble flooring across all public zones
  • Curved and soft-form furniture in natural fibres
  • Layered lighting — cove, pendant, and task — for full control
  • Warm walnut joinery with integrated LED shelving
  • Gold and brass hardware throughout as a consistent accent
