FOAID 2025 — Conceptual Architecture
India’s Premier Architecture & Design Award
Project Overview — Winner at FOAID 2025 in the Conceptual Architecture category, this IT Centre proposal in Noida reimagines the future of workplace design through a human-centric and sustainable approach. Designed as a next-generation IT park, the project brings together innovation, technology, and biophilic architecture to create a dynamic and future-ready work environment.
The Masterplan Vision
At its core, the design prioritizes people — how they work, interact, and experience space. The masterplan evolves as a 'living ecosystem', where interconnected office buildings, sky bridges, and flexible workspaces encourage collaboration, creativity, and well-being. Open courtyards, landscaped plazas, and pedestrian-friendly zones promote community engagement while ensuring a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor environments.
Sustainability at the Core
Sustainability is integral to the vision. The architecture incorporates green terraces, vertical gardens, energy-efficient facades, and climate-responsive planning strategies that enhance natural light, ventilation, and thermal comfort. These elements not only reduce environmental impact but also create healthier and more productive workplaces.
The Arrival Experience
The arrival experience is carefully crafted as a vibrant urban plaza with water features, greenery, and active public spaces — setting the tone for a modern corporate campus in Noida. This award-winning conceptual design reflects our commitment to creating innovative, sustainable architecture that is deeply rooted in human experience — shaping the future of IT workspaces and redefining contemporary office environments.
Design Process
The design process began with an analysis of site orientation, solar movement, and wind patterns to position the entry forecourt as a naturally shaded, welcoming zone. Early sketches explored sculptural massing, resulting in a bold split-form design connected by sky bridges. Landscape integration was planned at multiple levels, cascading down through green terraces and vertical gardens. A kinetic facade was designed to regulate daylight and create a luminous, tech-inspired presence at night. Sustainable materials, terrace gardens, and solar installations were incorporated to enhance performance and reduce environmental impact — resulting in a campus that is dynamic, green, and future-ready.
